Pediatric dental treatment and disease prevention for children up to 14 years of age, with special facilities for newborns and infants. Services provided include sealants, fluoride treatment, athletic mouth guards, fillings, and space maintainers.
Children should have a dentist appointment by their first birthday and twice yearly after that. Getting children comfortable at the dentist at an early age and establishing good oral habits ensures healthy habits for their teeth. Adolescents and adults should be seen every six months for cleanings and examinations.
Dr. Benyaminov’s extensive experience as a dental provider started in Russia. He received his DDS from the Medical Institute in Baku, Russia in 1967 and then completed his residency in Oral Surgery at the Institute of Advanced Training for Doctors in Russia in 1971. Before coming to the United States, in the mid 1990s. Dr. Benyaminov worked as a staff dentist at a city dental health clinic in Baku. While living in New England, Dr. Benyaminov worked for private practices performing family dentistry and surgery. He then added additional training to his education at the New York University College of Dentistry which he completed in 1998. In 2000, he moved to New York and has been with us ever since!

Dr. Mazlumi started his academic career in Germany where he received his DMD ( Doctor in Medical Dentistry ) in 2009 from the University of Hamburg school of Dentistry. In 2010 he attended the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center & graduated from their accredited licensure program for international Dentists. In 2013 He went on to complete his residency program at the department of general Dentistry & Oral Surgery at the Westchester Medical Center and became board certified and licensed in 2015. Dr. Mazlumi is a Member of the American Dental Association and the Nassau Dental Society. CMADC is very excited to have him as a part of our team!

Dr. Rondon hails from Santa Domingo where she completed her training as a Doctor of Odontology. She completed her Foreign Graduate Training for Dentistry at New York University in 1989. Dr. Rondon worked in private practice until 2014, at which time she took positions as a staff dentist at Middletown Community Health Care and Cornerstone Family Healthcare before joining CMADC in 2019. Dr. Rondon works with both adults and children and is a skilled General Dentist. She also has experience in root canal therapy, restorative and prosthetic dentistry.

Dr. Bernstein, a graduate of Columbia University, has years of experience working with young children and teens. Her gentle demeanor and expert technique put even anxious children at ease. Although children are her specialty, Dr. Bernstein has experience working with adults as well. She has previously provided comprehensive and emergency care to U.S. Veterans.

Jincy Abraham graduated from Bergen Community College in Paramus NJ in 2013. She has a BA from Montclair State University and holds licenses in both New Jersey and New York. Ms. Abraham Graduated with Honors and won an Award for Clinical Excellence. She is also Local Anesthesia Accredited. She sees patients of all ages from pediatrics to adults.

Nancy Perez Huynh Graduated from Hostos Community College in 2008 as a Dental Hygienist. After graduating, Nancy had an internship at Lincoln hospital as a Dental Hygienist. She had been working with us at CMADC since 2016.

Peter Shimmel graduated from Bergen Community College in 2016 as a Dental Hygienist and is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association. He has experience with patients of all ages, from children through seniors. Peter joined CMADC after his graduation from BCC. In 2009, Peter received his EMT certification. He has been working for Medical Transportation Services since then and currently also works as an EMT for Aero Ambulance Service.
Ms. Zandkarimi graduated from Bergen Community College in 2004 as a Dental Hygienist, where she received awards for her academic excellence. In 2006, she was awarded her certification to administer local anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide (also called “laughing gas”) by SUNY’s Stony Brook University. Ms. Zandkarimi is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association.
