After all the health tips we’ve been bringing to you all week, the most obvious one is: avoiding risky behaviors. As much as you can live a healthy lifestyle, by engaging in activities or habits that can be harmful to you, you are putting yourself at risk for injuries or health issues.
Stay away from bad behaviors that can cause you problems, now or later in life. Here’s how:
- Drink alcohol in moderation.
- Live a smoke-free lifestyle. Quit now to save your lungs a lifetime of smoke. Speak to your doctor about ways to stop smoking.
- Avoid distracted driving. Don’t text and drive; apply makeup while driving; talk on the phone; turn around for a second to get something; It can wait! Your life is more important.
- Wear a seat belt when driving; it saves lives!
And that’s a wrap! We hope you learned a lot this week and gained useful skills to create change and bring about positive results in your life. We wish you health and happiness! We celebrate women for all that you do.
Stay Well and Healthy!
